11-Curtis County Fair 1989
On Fair Day 1989, the unthinkable happened: It rained! Despite the wet weather, the fair went on as planned: visitors played booth games under in rain gear, cones of cotton candy were handed out wrapped in plastic, and only the Dunk Tank was cancelled.
