11 - Forecourt, Beverly Place

The small, half-acre Beverly Place campus included a large open space in front of the school rooms, separated from the street by a wall and tall hedge, where students played, had P.E., and assembled for every school event, from holiday performances to gym shows to graduation. Just above the mid-line of the photo, over the entrance gate at the right side, is the nostalgic school sign with tiny figures of two children on top.
