The recent wildfires in Los Angeles County have had a devastating impact, and our thoughts are with everyone in the Curtis community and beyond who has been affected. In times like this, we find strength in our enduring connections and stand together in care and support for one another.

For Impacted Families:
- Contact your Insurance Company to work through your policy claim.
- If issues arise during the insurance process, contact the state
- Department of Insurance at (800) 927-4357 for assistance.
- If you need insurance assistance, feel free to reach out to Jennifer Johnson, director of advancement, for a community referral.
- After you’ve notified your insurance, apply for a FEMA grant.

The Archer School for Girls is partnering with Dr. Becky Kennedy to offer an event for those impacted by the wildfires in Los Angeles, on Thursday, January 16, from 2:00-2:45 pm PST, on Zoom. Dr. Becky will help parents guide their children to process what has happened, answer their children’s questions, and take care of themselves and their families emotionally during this challenging time.
