Giving

The Annual Fund

The Annual Fund is an essential component of the Curtis School operating budget and is vital to the continued achievement of the school. As we strive to keep pace with the demands of a changing world and the changes in education, we endeavor to keep our tuition competitive with other independent schools in the area, helping to make a Curtis education affordable to as many students as possible. We look to the support of our parents, past parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends to provide the additional funding needed to continue our level of excellence and to maintain our position at the forefront of independent school education.

Each year, annual giving provides the additional funds necessary to meet the many expenses not covered by tuition revenues. These unrestricted funds support numerous areas that contribute to the uniqueness of a Curtis education, including special programs in technology and science, faculty development, and teaching assistants. Additionally, these funds make possible the purchase of equipment and supplies in a variety of areas such as physical education, art, music and library programs, and help to maintain a safe and secure school environment. Your gifts to the Annual Fund enhance the education of our students and help to insure their success in the classroom and beyond.
