Curtis School is an independent, DK-6 coeducational day school, which is located on a spacious 27-acre campus in the Mulholland Corridor of the Santa Monica Mountains, west of the San Diego Freeway.

Curtis School is accredited by both the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).


Curtis has two DK classrooms, three classrooms in each of grades K-2, and four classrooms in each of grades 3-6. In addition to the grade-level classrooms, Curtis has the following specialized facilities:

Interscholastic Athletics

Curtis is a member of the San Fernando Valley Private School League (SFVPSL)

  • 54 girls' and boys' regular season athletics teams ­(Grades 4-6)
