Nestled within 27 acres of gentle hills and grassy playing fields on Mulholland Drive at the summit of the Santa Monica Mountains, Curtis School is a haven from the sometimes frenetic pace of contemporary life in Los Angeles. State-of-the-art classrooms, spacious offices, and a multi-use Pavilion for athletics and school performances were completed in 1996 as part of an $8.5 million capital campaign. The contemporary, Spanish-influenced architecture blends harmoniously with the beautiful natural surroundings to create an inviting, open setting for the wide variety of activities and events that take place at Curtis School.
